This Privacy Policy explains what information homecomfortmath.com (“Home Comfort Math,” “we,” “us”) collects, how it is used, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

  • Information you send us: if you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message. We use it only to reply and keep a record of the conversation.
  • Usage information: like most websites, our server and our analytics tools record technical data such as your browser, device type, approximate location derived from your IP address, the pages you view and how you arrived at the site.
  • Cookies and similar technologies: small files stored by your browser that help the site work, measure traffic and show ads, as described below.

Our calculators run in your browser. The numbers you type into them are not stored or sent to us.

Advertising

We use Google AdSense to show ads. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website and other websites. Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this site and/or other sites on the internet.

You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings. You can also opt out of some third-party vendors’ use of cookies for personalized advertising at www.aboutads.info. Learn more about how Google uses information from sites that use its services.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand which pages and calculators are useful. Google Analytics uses cookies and processes data such as pages viewed and approximate location. You can block it with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Your consent choices

Visitors from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are asked for consent before non-essential cookies are used, and can change their choice at any time through the cookie or privacy settings link on the site. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some features may not work as intended if you do.

Your privacy rights

We do not sell personal information for money. Advertising cookies may count as “sharing” under some state laws; you can opt out using the privacy choices offered on the site, your browser’s Global Privacy Control signal, or the opt-out links above.

EEA, UK and Swiss residents: you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data, to object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

To exercise any of these rights, email contact@homecomfortmath.com. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.
